Kuro Games' popular open-world RPG, Wuthering Waves, continues to expand with the recently released Version 1.4 update, adding new content like the Somnoire: Illusive Realms mode and two fresh characters. But the excitement doesn't stop there! The biggest update yet, Version 2.0, is on the horizon.

Following a nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2024, Kuro Games made the major announcement: Version 2.0 will launch January 2nd across all platforms! That's right, console players – Wuthering Waves is finally coming to PlayStation 5.

The game's intricate combat, rich setting, and compelling narrative set on Solaris-3 (a planet divided into six nations including Huanglong, New Federation, and Rinascita) have captivated players since launch.

With the Huanglong storyline nearing its conclusion, Version 2.0 introduces the expansive new region of Rinascita, significantly expanding the game's story and gameplay. Expect Version 1.4 and subsequent patches to conclude the Huanglong arc before the shift to Rinascita.
