Xbox Series X|S Controller Colors Available Now

Author:Kristen Update:Jun 22,2025

If there's one console manufacturer that truly celebrates personalization and color diversity in its controllers, it's Xbox. Over the past decade, Xbox has consistently rolled out an impressive array of colors, patterns, and limited edition controllers across both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S generations. And if the official lineup doesn’t suit your style, Xbox Design Lab gives you the freedom to craft a custom controller from scratch—no limits, just creativity.

Since the launch of the Xbox Series X|S in 2020, the design of the Xbox Wireless Controller has remained largely unchanged from its Xbox One predecessor—which isn’t a bad thing. In fact, this consistency means backward compatibility works seamlessly: Xbox One controllers function perfectly on Xbox Series X|S, and vice versa. But if you're curious about how many official controllers have been released since the start of the Xbox Series X|S era, we’ve got the complete list for you below.
