Zenless Zone Zero 1.7 'Bury Your Tears' Launches Soon

HoYoverse has just announced the exciting launch date for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7, titled ‘Bury Your Tears with the Past,’ set to roll out on April 23rd. This update promises to be the thrilling culmination of Season 1, wrapping up all the gripping storylines we’ve been following.

What’s in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?

Prepare for the big reveal of the Sacrifice crisis mystery. Proxies will delve deep into Vivian’s intricate backstory, and the fate of Hugo, which has been the subject of much speculation, will finally come to light. After Hugo’s dramatic fall into the Hollow, tensions between Mockingbird and TOPS have escalated, prompting the Mayor to dispatch a special Void Hunter-rank investigator.

Joining Vivian, Proxies will venture into hostile territory to hunt down the elusive Sacrifice Core. Vivian's confrontation with figures from her past will unfold, and the Exaltists’ conspiracy is on the brink of unraveling. Here’s the Character Lineup

Two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird will make their debut. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, showcases her agility with a parasol and rapier, dealing substantial Corruption damage when synergized with other characters’ EX Special Attacks. Hugo, an Ice Attack Agent, wields a suitcase that transforms into a scythe, causing a devastating Totalize effect on stunned enemies, amplifying damage based on the remaining stun duration.

Additionally, Robin, the agile Bangboo partner of Mockingbird, will join the fray, throwing cards that unleash random effects. Returning characters include Jane, the Physical Anomaly Agent, and Lighter, the Fire Stun Agent, who will feature in Version 1.7’s banners.

Version 1.7 also introduces exciting new events. ‘Say It With Flowers’ lets you manage a flower shop, taking on design requests and crafting floral arrangements for customers. Completing commissions will unlock a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode, along with exclusive rewards.
