As of now, there is no official confirmation that Divinity: Original Sin 2 is receiving a free upgrade for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch 2. However, here's what is true: Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Definitive Edition is already available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch (including the Switch OLED and Switch 2, if it's released as a new model).
