Rules of the Game Svara (Svarka)

Svara (Svarka) is an engaging card game played with a deck of 32 cards, ranging from 7 to Ace. It can be enjoyed by a minimum of two players, and the game boasts a total of 4960 possible combinations.

Rules

Each player is dealt three cards in a clockwise direction. The winner is determined by the player with the highest points, calculated according to the following rules:

1. Cards 7 to 9: Each card gives 7 to 9 points, respectively.
2. Cards 10, J, Q, K: Each card gives 10 points.
3. Aces: Each Ace gives 11 points.
4. Same Color Cards: The points are the sum of the card values. For example, Q♦, K♦, and 10♠ total 20 points, while 10♠, 8♠, and K♥ total 18 points.
5. Aces Combination: Aces can be combined regardless of color; two Aces give 22 points, and three Aces give 33 points.
6. 7♣ (Ceco Jonchev, Chechak, Chotora, Shpoka, or Yoncho): This card can be combined with any other card to yield 11 points.
7. Three of a 7: This combination gives 34 points and is the strongest in the game.
8. Three of a Kind: The points are calculated by multiplying the value of the lead card by three. For instance, three 8s give 24 points (3x8), and three Queens give 30 points (3x10).

Examples

• 7♥, 9♦, 9♣ give a total of 9 points (the worst hand).
• 10♠, 10♦, 10♣ give a total of 30 points.
• 8♣, K♥, 9♦ give a total of 10 points.
• K♥, 9♥, Q♣ give a total of 19 points.
• Q♣, Q♥, 9♦ give a total of 10 points.
• A♠, A♦, 10♣ give a total of 22 points.
• 8♠, A♦, 7♣ give a total of 22 points.
• 10♦, 9♦, J♦ give a total of 29 points.
• Q♣, Q♥, Q♦ give a total of 30 points.
• 7♣, K♥, K♦ give a total of 31 points.
• 7♣, A♥, A♦ give a total of 33 points.
• Two 7s, regardless of suit, give a total of 23 points.

Betting

1. Ante: Before the cards are dealt, each player bets a certain amount.
2. Blind Bet: The player to the left of the dealer can make a blind bet before seeing their cards.
3. Doubling the Blind Bet: The next player to the left can double the blind bet if one is made.
4. Skipping Blind Bet: If a player skips the blind bet, the next player cannot initiate a new blind bet.
5. Post-Deal Betting: After the cards are dealt, players make their bets.
6. Doubling Post-Blind Bet: If there's a blind bet, the next player must at least double the bet.
7. Viewing Other Players' Cards: The player who made the blind bet can see other players' cards by paying the bet.
8. Unpaid Blind Bet: If no one pays the blind bet, the player who made the last blind bet wins.
9. Winning: The player with the highest points wins the game.
10. No Blind Bet, No Bets: If there's no blind bet and no other bets, the dealer wins.
11. Tie (SVARA): If two or more players have the same number of points, it results in SVARA.
12. SVARA Game: SVARA is a new game that includes all bets from the previous game.
13. Joining SVARA: Any player can join SVARA by paying the SVARA join amount.
