La bande-annonce la plus impressionnante du récent état de jeu présente sans aucun doute le nouveau jeu Onimusha. Onimusha: Way of the Sword a dévoilé son protagoniste, Miyamoto Musashi, rendu frappant à l'aide de la ressemblance de l'emblématique Toshiro Mifune.

La bande-annonce représente Musashi se livrant à un combat intense contre des démons qui ont envahi Kyoto, entrecoupé des moments humoristiques de lui qui tentent d'échapper à ses ennemis monstrueux.

Le récit révèle la transformation de Musashi en Wielder de l'Oni Gauntlet à travers sa foi inébranlable. Sa mission: lutter contre les créatures qui tourmentent le royaume mortel et absorbent leurs âmes pour reconstituer sa santé et débloquer des capacités spéciales dévastatrices.
