Getting started is a breeze:

• Download the app and register in just a few minutes. All you need is your phone number and a bank card.
• Locate the nearest e-scooter on the map within the app.
• Scan the QR-code on the wheel, select your preferred tariff plan, and hit "Start."
• Unlock your scooter, give it a push to start, and use the right-side lever to accelerate.
• Conclude your ride by locking the scooter at one of the many parking lots.
• Monitor the scooter's charge to ensure you can complete your journey on time.

With Urent's Multi-rent feature, you can rent up to 5 scooters and/or bikes under a single account. Simply scan the QR-codes of the vehicles you wish to use.

Enhance your experience with the Booking and Standby Mode options. Reserve a bike or e-scooter in advance, and it will be reserved for you for 10 minutes. During your rental, you can also switch to standby mode, which keeps the rental active while allowing you to lock the scooter for short breaks, ensuring its safety.
