Mushaf

Mushaf is a free and user-friendly app designed for reading the Quran, offering an electronic Quran experience with a range of unique features that cater to reading, listening, and memorizing the text, particularly tailored for children, as well as providing interpretation. The app includes a built-in paper Mushaf and Tafsir, allowing offline access, so you don't need an internet connection to read.

Mushaf boasts an advanced index system that organizes the Quran into parts and Suras, and you can effortlessly search within these indexes. The app provides multiple versions of the Quran, including the Mushaf Al-Madina, Mushaf Al-Tajweed (colored to reflect Tajweed rules), and Mushaf Warsh (Rewayat Warsh An-Nafei'). It also features gapless audio playback with recitations by renowned reciters following Rewayat Hafs, Warsh, and Qaloon.

Search functionality allows you to explore the entire Quran text or focus on a specific Sura. You can share Quran text or images with ease. The app includes Arabic Tafsir (Commentary) from notable scholars such as Al-Saa'di, Ibn-Katheer, Al-Baghawy, Al-Qortoby, Al-Tabary, and Al-Waseet. Additionally, text translations of the Quran's meanings are available in English and French.

For those interested in grammar, the app offers E’rab (Grammar) of the Quran by Qasim Da'aas. It features a split-screen option, allowing you to view the Quran and Tafsir side by side. Navigation is made simple with the ability to switch pages using swipes or volume buttons. You can save pages or verses as bookmarks by swiping the bookmark handle, and there's an option to keep the screen always on while reading.

Mushaf offers a night mode for comfortable reading in low-light conditions and the ability to convert the Quran to text with customizable font sizes. The app synchronizes recitation with the Aya's position on the page, highlighting the Aya as it is recited. You can repeat verses for better memorization, and the audio continues to play even when the app is closed, with an audio controller accessible from the notification bar.

App Permissions: The app requires internet access to download essential content such as recitations, translations, and Quran page images. It also needs access to file storage to save these downloaded contents.
