DLC: A Fan-Driven Decision

While the development team initially considered adding episodic DLC to the PC version, resource constraints led them to prioritize completing the final game in the trilogy. However, Hamaguchi emphasized that player demand could change this. Substantial player requests for specific content post-launch will be seriously considered.

A Message to Modders: Creativity with Responsibility

The PC version won't have official mod support, but Hamaguchi acknowledged the inevitable interest from the modding community. He extended a welcome to creative contributions, but with a crucial caveat: modders are urged to refrain from creating or distributing offensive or inappropriate content.

This request is understandable given the potential for misuse within the online modding environment. The positive impact of mods, from enhanced visuals to entirely new gameplay experiences, is acknowledged, but the need to maintain responsible content creation is paramount.

The PC version boasts improved graphics, addressing previous criticisms. Lighting rendering has been refined to avoid the "uncanny valley" effect on character faces. Higher-resolution 3D models and textures, exceeding the PS5's capabilities, are included for high-end systems. Adapting the numerous mini-games for PC controls also presented a significant development challenge.
