Season 18 brings a host of new elements to Rocket League, with the standout being the new arena, Futura Garden. Two new car bodies are also introduced: the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack, available immediately upon purchasing the Season 18 premium Rocket Pass with a Dominus-style hitbox, and the Azura, unlockable in later tiers of the Rocket Pass, featuring a Breakout-style hitbox. Both car bodies are compatible with Fortnite once unlocked. Additionally, a new sound cue now alerts players with a satisfying ping when the ball narrowly misses the goal.

The season also introduces a variety of new and modified mutators, enhancing game conditions in Exhibition Mode and private matches. Players with unspent Season 17 points will see them automatically converted into rewards.
