Trinity Trigger Launches on Android

Japanese developer Furyu Corporation has launched Trinity Trigger, an action RPG for Android devices. While Xseed Games previously handled the Western release for console and PC platforms, Furyu is directly publishing this mobile adaptation.

Trinity Trigger's Storyline

Players assume the role of Cyan, a young man destined to confront the Warrior of Order as the chosen Warrior of Chaos. Throughout his adventure across Trinitia, Cyan forms alliances with Elise and Zantis.

These companions join Cyan in battle alongside their Triggers - mystical beasts that morph into eight distinct weapon types. Combat allows seamless character switching to tactically adapt to different situations.

The narrative incorporates classic JRPG elements including prophecies, lost memories, and a world balancing on the brink of destruction. Players will explore familiar settings like towns filled with NPCs and intricate dungeons.

The game's dungeons are fashioned from remnants of divine weapons known as Arma. These challenging environments blend combat encounters with puzzle-solving across diverse landscapes from frozen tundras to arid deserts.

Combat System Overview

The combat revolves around the Weapon Wheel mechanic, enabling swift weapon changes to target enemy vulnerabilities. Players can enhance their equipment using resources gathered throughout their journey.

Trinity Trigger features fully voiced dialogue sequences and cinematic cutscenes that elevate the storytelling experience. The gameplay allows control of three distinct characters, each wielding nine different weapons and unique abilities.

The game is currently available on Google Play Store priced at $19.99.
