"Tsukuyomi: Divine Hunter - New Roguelike by Shin Megami Tensei Creator"

"Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter" is a captivating new roguelike card battler that has recently launched globally on Android. Crafted by the renowned Kazuma Kaneko, celebrated for his distinctive and surreal world-building in the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series, this game marks a fresh venture into roguelike gameplay mixed with dungeon crawling and a unique AI-driven system. Developed by the Japanese game studio COLOPL, Kaneko joined the team in 2023 to lead this project, infusing it with his signature style.

Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter Has Trained Personal AI Models

At the heart of "Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter" is an innovative artificial deity system that closely monitors your gameplay and decision-making process. The game introduces a proprietary model named AI Kaneko, meticulously trained by Kazuma Kaneko himself, which drives the game's Okami System. This system features a false god, Okami, who watches over your dungeon exploration and dynamically generates new cards in real-time based on your playstyle, ensuring a highly personalized gaming experience.

The game is set within a towering structure called The Hashira, located in Tokyo's bayside area. Once a beacon of modern architecture, it's now a sealed-off fortress teeming with monstrous entities. Your objective is to ascend The Hashira and confront Noriko Tomi, the president of the construction company responsible for the building. Noriko has become a target for the elite national defense unit, Tsukuyomi, due to her plans to overthrow the state using jujutsu traps embedded throughout the structure.

Grab the Two New Characters

"Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter" introduces two new characters: Izayoi Tsukuyomi and Shingetsu Tsukuyomi. Izayoi adopts a traditional strategy, focusing on enhancing attack and defense through upgraded cards. Among the Jinma cards you can collect while playing as Izayoi are Seiryu, Finn MacCool, Mormo, and Watanabe Tsuna. In contrast, Shingetsu specializes in chain attacks, enabling intricate and strategic gameplay. Shingetsu's Jinma cards include Mach, Kirin, Kato Danzou, and Suzuka Gozen. Future updates will bring two additional characters, Mangetsu and Hangetsu, to the roster.
