Schedule I, the drug dealer simulation game, has been riding a wave of success since its viral launch on Steam, and it's not slowing down. The latest update, Patch 5, brings the game to version 0.3.3f14, and while it includes several crucial improvements, the excitement is palpable as the developer, TVGS, announces the first content update is slated for release this weekend.

PlayCurrently topping the sales charts on Steam, Schedule I has outshone major titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals, thanks to its viral spread across social media platforms, Twitch, and YouTube. In the game, players start as small-time dealers and work their way up to becoming drug kingpins in the gritty city of Hyland Point, expanding their empire through properties, businesses, and a network of employees.

TVGS, the Australian indie developer behind Schedule I, has expressed astonishment at the game's explosive reception. "I never expected this kind of response!" Tyler, the developer, shared on Reddit. "At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."

Patch 5 addresses a variety of issues, including employee bugs, multiplayer bugs, and casino bugs. Tyler has also introduced pathfinding validity checks aimed at preventing crashes, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the game's stability and performance.
