From new customer registration, editing existing registrations, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), to airtime/bundle purchases, Agent Money (AM) cash in/out, bill payments, and Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD)/AM transfers for other retailers, the app ensures you can manage all aspects of customer interactions efficiently.

Additionally, the app empowers retailers to manage their own Airtel account seamlessly. You can view and edit your profile, view/update/request/buy stock, check your sales hierarchy, reset AM/EVD pins, unlock your account, apply for agent loans, and utilize banking services directly from the app. Airtel Tribe also offers insights into your transaction history, commissions earned, and overall performance on Airtel services. Retailers can perform self-service tasks and submit service requests to Airtel with ease. The application further supports the listing of key training notes, surveys, and manages digital notices specifically tailored for retailers.
