El último título de Capcom, a pesar de lograr una impresionante popularidad en línea (actualmente clasificada entre los 6 juegos más jugados de Steam), enfrenta una reacción violenta significativa debido a su rendimiento técnico deficiente en la PC. El análisis en profundidad de Digital Foundry corrobora estas críticas, revelando una multitud de problemas de rendimiento.

Sus pruebas descubrieron deficiencias considerables. Los tiempos previos a la compilación del sombreador fueron excesivamente largos, que van desde 9 minutos en un sistema 9800x3D de alta gama hasta más de 30 minutos en un Ryzen 3600. La calidad de la textura resultó decepcionante, incluso en el entorno "alto". Se observaron inconsistencias significativas de la velocidad de fotogramas en un RTX 4060 a 1440p con DLSS equilibrado, un problema que persistió incluso en un RTX 4070 (12 GB) más potente, que todavía hizo texturas notablemente pobres.
